KMC extends subscription period in share issue offering
The property company KMC Properties is extending the subscription period in its ongoing offering to April 21, from April 20 previously. The company may extend it further if necessary, but no later than May 4.

The offering covers 120,000 to 400,000 shares at NOK 25 per share and is expected to raise between NOK 3 million and NOK 10 million.
