John Mattson signs agreement for care home in Bromma
The residential property company John Mattson has signed a 15-year lease agreement with Vardaga, a subsidiary of Ambea, as well as an engineering contract with RO-Gruppen for a new care and nursing home in Bromma.

The project comprises 6,600 square meters and 100 places. Construction is planned to start in the second quarter of 2026, with completion in the fourth quarter of 2028, subject to building permit.
