The board of the energy investment company North Energy has received a request from the shareholder Anti-Gravity to include a proposal for a special review ahead of an extraordinary general meeting.

The request concerns the actions of the board and management from 15 April to 15 May, including insiders' share purchases on 16 April and whether these took place during a closed period and breached rules on equal treatment and fiduciary responsibility.
The board rejects the interpretation of the rules as incorrect and considers the request to be unfounded.
Despite the request having been received after the deadline, the proposal will be brought up.
