Redeye comments on Artificial Solutions (AS) Q3’2023 report. AS delivered ARR growth of 39% y/y. However, the ARR reached SEK62.7m by the end of the quarter, below our estimate and also earlier communicated ARR numbers of SEK71m in August 2023. The Teneo platform was negatively affected by a disruption of WhatsApp robot callers in September, which clearly impacted the ARR figures for the quarter. AS also communicated that the board has initiated a strategic review of the company and is considering several options (including selling part or entire company) to maximize shareholder value.
