Balco Group, the market-leading provider of glazed balcony solutions, recorded good Q2 results (bettering our forecasts) on the back of strong cost management. Looking into Q3, Balco now expects a “likely challenging period affecting sales and earnings”. In all, from better-than-expected Q2 results and lowered Q3 assumptions, we downgrade our full-year EBIT forecasts by an average of 5% in 2023-25. We set our new mid-point at SEK 72 (75).
