DistIT Group, the distributor of IT/Technology and SDA consumer goods, reported weaker-than-expected sales (3-4% below our and consensus estimates), impacted by restrictions on the retail channel (Aurora) and the professional audio & video market (Septon). Adjusted EBIT of SEK 12.5m are rather in line with our estimates (14% ahead of consensus), reflecting good gross margins and cost control. We argue the case is intact, targeting SEK 3.5bn in sales and over 8% EBIT in 2025.
