Distribution of Careium in December
The last day of trading in Doro’s shares including the right to receive shares in Careium is on Friday 3 December 2021. As of Monday 6 December 2021, Doro’s shares will be traded without the right to receive shares in Careium. The first day of trading in Careium is expected to be Friday 10 December, 2021. Careium’s ordinary shares will be traded under the ticker CARE. The distribution ratio is 1:1, which means that one (1) ordinary share in Doro entitles the holder to one (1) ordinary share in Careium.
We find it positive that the timetable for the distribution of Careium is now set, and that it is in Q4’21, as earlier communicated.
