Tempest Security just announced the acquisition of Örestads Industribevakning AB (letter of intent signed in June), adding annual revenues of around SEK 34m (+8% to our revenue forecasts) with good profitability (EBITDA margin of 15% in 2020/21). The acquisition expands Tempest Security’s geographical presence and provides an attractive platform in the south of Sweden. The acquisition price of SEK 24m is paid in cash and the four sellers will remain active in the company.
