Gaming Innovation Group announced the acquisition of several affiliate brands, with the most well-known being AskGamblers. The seller in this transaction was one of its largest competitors, Catena Media. The new affiliate assets are expected by management to increase FY2023 EBITDA by roughly 20% and push margins above 50% for the media segment. We update our mid-point value to SEK 38 (32) per share.
