Green has announced the acquisition of Schmitt & Scalzo, a leading landscaping company active in the Rhein/Main Area. In 2022, the company reported EUR 13m in revs with above group avg. margins, implying c.3-5% upside to our estimates. The acquisition will become a platform for further expansion in Germany, which significantly increases its addressable market opportunity. The acquisition is financed through existing credit facilities and a non-cash issue of 0.6m in shares.
