Green Landscaping has signed an agreement to acquire H&K Sandnes AS, a Norwegian based provider of groundwork services within infrastructure to both public customers and property developers. The transaction is expected to close in 2022 and add around NOK 140m in annual turnover. During the last weeks, Green Landscaping has added close to SEK 0.5bn (c.10% to our current 2023E revenue forecast) in annual turnover across three acquisitions (two in Norway and one in Sweden).
