Green Landscaping just announced the acquisition of Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB, a leading land and construction company in the Western part of Sweden. The acquisition will add revenues of around SEK 280m with “good profitability" and is subject to competition approval, which is expected in Q1 2022. This is the third acquisition during the past week and the combined annual revenue contribution from these acquisitions totals around SEK 525m with margins above group average.
