Redeye is amazed by the new strategic move announced by Inzile. The proposed deal will transform the company from a focused independent EUV manufacturer to an entity in a larger constellation. The new alliance offers entirely new possibilities in terms of expertise and international footprint. On the other hand, Inzile’s fate will rest in the hands of the new principal owner, eFC and Mr Enrique Bañuelos de Castro. And we really don’t know much about him or his plans for the new group.
