Redeye notes that Inzile’s deal with eFC and Enrique Bañuelos is progressing but with revised conditions. Inzile will now get a larger share of QEV Tech Holdings but smaller part of QEV Tech, which will not be consolidated. We still cannot really determine what this means, since public information on the two Spanish companies is still very limited.
