Company raised EBIT guidance on 27 October
On 27 October, MT Højgaard Holding (MTHH) announced that its board of directors had decided to initiate the sale process for its troubled and loss-making International activities division. As a consequence, the division will be classified as an asset held for sale, which in combination with continued strong development in MTHH's Danish divisions, prompted an upgrade to the company's FY'23 EBIT before special items guidance from DKK 200-225m to around DKK 400m. Our corresponding forecast is raised to DKK 380 from DKK 212, corresponding to a revision of 64%. For '24-25e, our earnings forecasts are raised by 19& and 3%, respectively.
