Focus on the new strategy...
Today, we hosted a presentation with Mårten Hellberg, CEO at OrganoClick, as part of our ABGSC Investor Days Seminar. A key focus area during the presentation was the company's new strategy of outsourcing capital intensive production and streamlining operations by focusing on its core competence: chemical production. Production of some smaller products has already been outsourced, meaning OrganoClick now only sells the chemical mix, and in the non-woven segment the strategy from the beginning was to only sell the checmicals. What remains is to get rid of the cumbersome in-house production of OrganoWood, and once this is done we expect it will have a significant positive effect on margins as well as decrease working capital requirements.
