We expect a more muted outlook for PE – the consultancy services group, focusing on buildings – in the year ahead and we lower our sales growth estimates. This is corroborated by significant declines in construction business services indicators. Based on revised earnings forecasts we set our new mid-point equity value at SEK 20 (24). We believe the equity is now being valued at 12.5x our 2023 EV/EBIT estimates vs. peers averaging c. 15x.
