PE - the consultancy group focusing on buildings - recorded Q4 sales in line with our forecasts, importantly implying 1% organic growth y/y (the first positive number in four years). EBIT adjusted for NRIs came in well ahead of our and consensus estimates, corresponding to a 16% upgrade to our FY 2022 adj. EBIT forecasts. Reducing real estate space is expected to lower costs by "SEK 40m in 2023-2025". Our forecasts and our SEK 20 mid-point valuation are under review.
