Redeye comments on today’s news. Scibase has resolved a directed issue of c SEK 33m and a rights issue of c SEK 15m or a total of SEK 48m before costs or c SEK 44m after costs. Both issues use the same subscription price of SEK 0.42 per unit, corresponding to SEK 0.42 per share. This is a more significant capital raise than the SEK 30m we had expected and thus corresponds to a slightly higher dilution than we accounted for. We see this as a positive move done at market price and adding a new solid owner base with a long-term potential upside in the warrants issued.
