Redeye is positive to the news that Sdiptech is opting to issue a sustainability linked bond of SEK500m. While bank financing is cheaper we believe relying on banks for funding when they are getting restrictive on lending may hinder future growth. Sdiptech is acting early to mitigate that risk.
