Serneke: Back on track with a major earnings beat - SEB

Serneke’s sales, EBIT and net earnings in Q2 2021 were well above our expectations on the group level. The main earnings driver was the property development division; also, and more importantly, the construction division turned profitable, beating our expectations on order intake, sales and EBIT. Following the report, we have raised our EPS estimates by 99% in 2021, 6% in 2022 and 5% in 2023.
