Siili just announced that the company acquires an additional 21% stake of VALA group taking the ownership in the subsidiary to 81%. The transaction multiple was in line with the initial transaction, roughly 8.5x we estimate, well below Siili's. VALA was already fully consolidated in the group numbers, i.e. no major impacts on the numbers. Conclusion is that the synergies between the two companies have played out well and we can expect VALA group solid growth to continue.
