Siili is launching new offices in Jyväskylä and Joensuu to strengthen its position outside Helsinki region. The aim is to recruit 30-50 employees to both cities during the coming years, implying 7-12% growth in the headcount. We estimate 8-10% organic growth for 2022-23. In addition, we note the cost of employees outside Helsinki is clearly lower, so we see the move as supporting margin expansion should demand be strong enough to allow high utilisation.
