Redeye has a positive view on the acquisition of Affectiva. The acquisition strengthens Smart Eye’s offering in interior sensing and displays Smart Eye’s large ambitions. The acquisition is followed by a share issue, leading to a shareholder dilution of 21%. As of now, we maintain our valuation.
