Redeye concludes that the Q3 report came in right on its estimates on practically all fronts - implying strong growth and cash flow under control. The significant growth in Automotive originated, just as in Q2, mainly from the ramp-up of KIA/Hyundai. Also, the announcement of a SEK50m loan facility is of major importance as it provides headroom if needed. This sharply reduces the risk of an extra capital injection. Redeye will likely maintain its estimates and valuation range.
