Today, the company announced that the current COO, Vedran Beglerbegovic, has been appointed as acting CEO with immediate effect, due to the current CEO, Ulrik Harrysson, being on sick leave indefinitely. The timing of this news is unfortunate, given the recently announced acquisition and ongoing rights issue (SEB is acting as advisor), and we wish Mr. Harrysson a swift recovery.
