Besqab has today entered into an agreement to acquire 235 building rights in Hagastaden, Stockholm from Atrium Ljungberg for SEK 818m, equivalent to c. SEK 39,000/sqm. This follows last week’s acquisition of 90 building rights from Fabege in Kungsholmen, Stockholm for SEK 200m, equivalent to c. SEK 25,000/sqm. We view this positively, given the strong development potential in these areas and the support it provides to reinforce Besqab’s position in the Stockholm market.
