Seafire enters 2026 with improving earnings momentum, supported by operational initiatives implemented during 2025 and gradually strengthening markets. While Q1 is seasonally small, we expect profitability to improve through the year. The acquisition of Splendor Plant and a fully-guaranteed rights issue also strengthen the balance sheet, increasing financial flexibility and capacity for further value-creating acquisitions.
