Yesterday's rights issue announcement aligned closely to the scenario we discussed in our previous research update. The dilution is relatively limited at 9-11%, compared to our estimate of 10%. With the cash raise out of the way, the two upcoming PDUFA dates is likely to start monopolizing the markets attention.
