While we expected Transtema to avoid a share issue, it was a close call, and the SEK40.3m is a relatively small sum. The proceeds will be used to strengthen working capital during the ongoing restructuring. While avoiding a share issue completely would have been the best scenario, we are encouraged to see the main owners not just taking their pro rata but also guaranteeing the remaining share issue without charge.
