VNV’s Q3 NAV per share landed at SEK 34, -2% q/q. The reported NAV is at USD 439m, -5% q/q. Its largest holdings are continuing to perform well (e.g., Voi is out with very strong Q3 figures, BCC is tracking ahead of budget), but valuation headwinds, FX and some markdown in Numan drove NAV down in the quarter. The VNV share price is up 19% since end-Q2/26, which means that the discount to reported NAV has declined from 53% to 42% as of today (based on yesterday’s close).
