ProTrans-Young missed its primary endpoint, and the preliminary two-year data in the older cohort did not show a widening treatment effect. A numerical signal in children aged 7–11 is encouraging but an inconclusive data point as of now. The NXTCL-T1D case now shifts toward adults and the required capital injection ahead of Q1 2027 emerges as the most important near-term event.
