Redeye comments on today's announcement that Acarix has carried out a directed share issue of approximately SEK33.4m to both US and Nordic shareholders. We have an overall positive view of the chosen financing route, although the amount raised is somewhat below the level previously assumed in our valuation. As a result, we have adjusted our assumption regarding additional capital needs.
