Actic Group has announced the departure of CEO Anders Carlbark who will join STC Training Club (main owner Novax, Axel Johnson's investment group). The recruitment process for a new CEO has been initiated and CFO Anna Eskhult is the interim CEO. Board member Olav Thorstad (CEO of main peer SATS in 2007-2018) will support the operational and strategic processes. While the equity risk premium could increase short term, we reiterate our SEK 25 midpoint DCF equity value in Actic.
