As we expected, Balco Group, the market leading provider of glazed balcony solutions, recorded a marked y/y decline in Q3 order intake in its main Renovation segment. While below our forecasts, we argue this period could mark the trough, as suggested by a new SEK 70m order announcement that instead will impact October and Q4 orders. Based on current order books, we reiterate our general assumptions for a flattish outlook in 2024 over 2023.
