Balco today announced another acquisition and agreed to purchase RK Teknik AB, a company active in balcony renovations, extensions and new build in the Swedish market. Company had net sales in 2020 of SEK 110m and EBIT of SEK 10m, hence the acquisition will add around 9% on full year sales and 7% on EBIT. Purchase price was SEK 62m with an additional earn-out amounting to ca. SEK 20m paid in 2024.
