Chair Jörgen Olsson appointed CEO, list change announced
In conjunction with its Q2 report, Copperstone announced that Chairman Jörgen Olsson (Chairman since 2020), will be appointed CEO as of 4 September, replacing Henrik Ager, whose departure had been announced previously. Mr. Olsson's role as Chairman will be taken up by Board Member Per Colleen, while Mr. Ager will be appointed to the Board. Furthermore, Copperstone recently announced its intention to switch its listing from Nasdaq First North to Nasdaq Stockholm, which should make access to equity financing easier. Of the company's estimated capital need of SEK 4.5-5.0bn, it has said it expects roughly 40% to stem from equity financing.
