Emilshus buys properties from Catena for SEK 614 million
The property company Emilshus is acquiring ten light industrial properties from the property company Catena for SEK 614 million.

The total leasable area amounts to 53,100 square meters, with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 45 million.
The properties are almost fully leased and will be taken over in July. The purchase price exceeds the latest valuation by around 8 percent, according to a press release from Catena.
