Gofore continues its M&A strategy by acquiring Devecto Oy. With the acquisition, Gofore strengthens its position in the private sector and its services within industrial digital transformation. We find the move rational, as in addition to a reasonable valuation it allows future cross-selling opportunities to new private sector clients. The transaction multiple (EV/EBITDA of 10x) is well below Gofore’s own valuation (of 21x).
