Green Landscaping just announced yet another acquisition in Norway of street and road maintenance company EF Drift AS. The company is based in Oslo and has annual revenues of NOK 140m and 20 employees. The acquisition will add about 4-5% to our 2021 group revenue forecasts and even more to earnings given an operating margin of >20%. Following recent acquisition activity and a solid Q1 report, 2021 looks set to be a very good year for Green Landscaping.
