Redeye is positive about Oncopeptides’ directed share issue of about SEK100m, announced on 13 October. The company issued 50 million new shares at SEK2.00, a moderate 13.9% discount to the closing price of SEK2.32. The proceeds fund CMC activities and preparations for the clinical start of the glioblastoma programme. The dilution is moderate, so the mechanical effect on our valuation is minor.
