The Precision Alliance Motion (TPA) is a system integrator with a strong financial track record in terms of growth and profitability. And the price appears clearly attractive: around 8x EBITDA. The new group will have annual sales of SEK ~150m (TTM pro forma) and show positive earnings. This is a major step forward in PiezoMotor’s growth journey.
