Redeye further comments on Sivers' plans to merge its Photonics business with a US-listed SPAC. The Fällström family is a key player in the transaction and is likely to hold 15-25% in the eventual US-listed photonics company. Looking at peers from both the SPAC space and US-listed semiconductor companies, Redeye believes that only the Photonics business can be worth more than today's market cap.
