Tempest just announced the intention to acquire FUSION 85 and SCiSCO. Tempest sees synergies between Fusion 85 and its UK based company i-CRC to create a leading company within intellectual property rights, while the acquisition of SCiSCO broadens Tempest existing footprint in investigation services. In total, the two companies had annual sales of GBP 1.15m in 2020, which should add about +4% to our revenue forecasts. Deal is expected to close in February 2021.
