Boreo’s Q1 performance was weak, and the sales decline trend continued. Q1 marked the fourth consecutive quarter of no operational EBIT growth. Boreo indicated that the outlook has improved, which we take as positive but believe demand uncertainties remain. Leverage limits acquisition opportunities and keeps risks elevated given the uncertain demand. Our fair value range declines to EUR 18-21 (22-24).
