Yesterday, Scibase announced that Ribbskottet AB and Life Science Investment Fund (LSIF), have each bought around 7.5 million shares in the company through a block trade (total c4,5% of the capital). This took place off-market on Tuesday and involved shares from “larger long-term owners”, which we believe to be Gell Group. We view this development positively, as it reflects confidence from key investors and avoids the risk of the shares being sold over the market.
