Gofore just announced it is joining forces with an AI-focused niche company, founded by key employees. As an AI-native niche player, the aim is to response to growing customer needs, which are highly diverse. Gofore will become the majority shareholder of the new company that can be seen as complementary in Gofore’s role as a digitalisation and AI transformation consulting house. We have been waiting for a clearer AI strategy from Gofore and hence we welcome the move.
