Thunderful announced today that it is carrying out a directed share issue to Atari. In connection with this, Atari will own more than 90% of the company, which means that they are simultaneously offering the remaining shareholders SEK 0.30 per share to acquire the entire company and delist it. The share price is up more than 50% today on the news. Given the available alternatives, we believe today’s announcement is positive for the shareholders and for the company’s continued existence.
