Gofore acquires small German digital consulting company Esentri AG for EUR 10m, as a multiple broadly in line with its own, we estimate. The new Gofore member adds some 6% to sales and 4% to EBITDA, we calculate. While on the group level, the transaction is small, it is a material move in the strategic DACH region. Despite a tough market in Finland, we welcome larger scale in DACH where the German stimulus should support the market.
