This morning, Moberg Pharma and Karo Healthcare announced an expansion of their licensing agreement for MOB-015 (Terclara®), now including the Chinese market via the rapidly growing cross-border e-commerce channel. By leveraging Karo’s established sales channels and the global Lamisil® brand, the partnership offers a fast track into China without the immediate need for additional local data. At the same time, Moberg maintains strategic flexibility by retaining the rights for general trade in China. We view this as an attractive, low-risk route to tap into an expansive new consumer base.
